These terms apply when a business ("you," "customer") engages Advanty ("we," "us") to set up and run an AI receptionist and booking service. By paying the setup fee or using the service, you agree to these terms.
We build and operate an AI voice receptionist for your business: it answers inbound calls, handles common questions, and books or takes appointment details, connected to your booking system where that connection has been set up. We configure the greeting, voice, FAQ answers, and booking flow for your business as part of setup.
The service starts with a one-off setup fee, covering configuration, testing, and connecting your phone number. After go-live, you're billed a flat monthly fee — see our pricing page for current rates. There's no per-minute or per-call charge, and no long-term contract.
The service is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice (email is fine) to hello@advanty.com.au. You remain responsible for fees up to the end of that notice period. Setup fees are not refundable once work has begun, since they cover time and configuration already delivered.
We build every AI receptionist to handle common call types accurately, and anything it can't resolve gets escalated or logged for your team. Even so, an AI system can occasionally misunderstand a caller or make a mistake. We're not liable for lost bookings or business decisions made on the basis of an AI-handled call, beyond correcting the underlying issue and, where we're at fault, the remedies set out below.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms or make reasonable changes to the service over time. If a change materially affects your account, we'll let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
